Certificates and Diplomas

Everybody need a document to prove their presence in an event, class, school or university. Normally this document is called certificate or diploma. These documents are provided by organizations in printed form as original while the data is stored in a database. We present these documents to the organizations where we are going to apply for a job or higher degree. In some cases, the original documents can go missing while provisional are not acceptable in certain areas. Also,  we need to carry these documents with us for a job interview or send them to the universities for admission. The global advancement desires to develop a new system where we will not need to carry a document. These documents must be immutable so no body can alter them or change the marks of a student in the database.

DeCerta

We are working to develop a decentralized certification called DeCerta – Decentralized Certification System. In this system, Schools, Universities, Conference and Workshop organizers can upload the certificates or diplomas to the SciMatic Hybrie Blockchain. These documents are shared will all the connected nodes so the data stays in a decentralized manner. In case of alteration in the document, the remaining nodes will not accept and force that node to undo the change.

These documents stays in the blockchain forever, unless somebody stops all the connected nodes of the SciMatic Hybrid Blockchain; and that is not possible in the near future.
